Silver Needle White Tea

Premium Silver Needle White Tea

This exceptional white tea is one of the rarest and finest teas available in the world. It is only harvested for 2-3 days each spring in China's Fujian province, and a very limited supply is available. Silver Needle tea is handpicked from the first unopened leaf buds and immediately dried for a minimal amount of processing. The taste is truly unique, with a mildly sweet floral finish that is refreshing and delicate with a soft lingering flavor. Contains (just a little) caffeine.

Benefits to Your Health *

White Tea: With an abundance of antioxidants and health-supporting benefits, white tea is the most beneficial tea for one's overall health. White tea contains more polyphenols (powerful antioxidants) than any other type of tea and is minimally processes to retain as much natural flavor as possible.

Steeping Instructions

We recommend steeping 2 tsp of Silver Needles for 3-4 minutes with 8 oz of 180℉ water.

White tea leaves are the most delicate of all types of tea. When white tea is steeped for too long or with water that is too hot, it can become bitter and not nearly as enjoyable. This tea can (and should) be steeped multiple times. Simply add 1 additional minute of steeping time for each re-steep. Let the second cup steep for at least 4 minutes, and the third cup should steep for 5 minutes. You can continue to re-steep your Silver Needles until the tea runs out of flavor!
