Benefits to Your Health*
Green Tea: Similar to black tea, green tea is well-known for its antioxidant properties and its ability to increase your metabolism. The leaves of green tea have not undergone the oxidation process that black tea goes through. Therefore, green tea is milder than black tea in both flavor and caffeine.
Rose Petals: Besides being one of the most admirable flowers to look at, roses provide some amazing health benefits that are often overlooked. Rose petals contain multiple vitamins, including vitamin C. Having 2 or more cups of rose tea a day may boost the body's immune system and help the body fight off seasonal illnesses.
We recommend steeping 2 tsp of Pomegranate Citrus for 3 minutes with 175℉ water.
Fresh green tea leaves are delicate and can burn easily. When green tea is steeped for too long or with water that is too hot, it can become bitter and not nearly as tasty. Brewing tea is simple, but it is important to follow our instructions for each tea so your tea tastes as good as possible.
