Traditional Japanese Roasted Tea
Hojicha is a traditional Japanese tea that is made from the stems of the tea plant. The stems, which are usually separated during the process of making Sencha green tea, are lightly roasted to create an alluring and complex cup of tea that is naturally low in caffeine. We recommend trying Hojicha with a splash of milk or cream!

Small | 0.5 oz | 10 servings
Medium | 1.5 oz | 30 servings
We recommend steeping 2 tsp of Hojicha for 2-3 minutes with 8 oz of 200℉ water.
You can continue to re-steep your Hojicha until the tea runs out of flavor.
