Benefits to Your Health *

Green Tea: Similar to black tea, green tea is well-known for its antioxidant properties and its ability to increase your metabolism. The leaves of green tea have not undergone the oxidation process that black tea goes through. Therefore, green tea is milder than black tea in both flavor and caffeine.
Sage: Just like many of the other herbs we use in our teas, sage is full of antioxidants which aid in keeping your brain sharp. It is also packed with various vitamins and minerals, most notably vitamin K.

Steeping Instructions

We recommend steeping 2 tsp of Grand Teaton for 2-3 minutes with 8 oz of 175℉ water.
