Benefits to Your Health*
Green Tea: Similar to black tea, green tea is well-known for its antioxidant properties and its ability to increase your metabolism. The leaves of green tea have not undergone the oxidation process that black tea goes through. Therefore, green tea is milder than black tea in both flavor and caffeine.
Ginger Root: One of the strongest benefits of ginger root is its ability to treat nausea. It has been shown to be effective in alleviating nausea caused by chemotherapy and pregnancy. Ginger root may also reduce soreness and muscle pain.
We recommend steeping 2 tsp of Lemon Ginger for 2-3 minutes with 8 oz of 175℉ water.
Fresh green tea leaves are delicate and can burn easily. When green tea is steeped for too long or with water that is too hot, it can become bitter and not nearly as tasty. Brewing tea is simple, but it is important to follow our specific instructions for each tea so your tea tastes as good as possible.
