Benefits to Your Health *

Green Tea: Similar to black tea, green tea is well-known for its antioxidant properties and its ability to increase your metabolism. The leaves of green tea have not undergone the oxidation process that black tea goes through. Therefore, green tea is milder than black tea in both flavor and caffeine.

Raspberry Leaf: The leaves of the raspberry plant are rich in vitamins and minerals, including several B vitamins and vitamin C. Raspberry leaf has also been shown to relieve PMS and reduce menstrual cramping.

Steeping Instructions

We recommend steeping 2 tsp of Raspberry Green for 3 minutes with 8oz of 175℉ water.

Fresh green tea leaves are delicate and can burn easily. When green tea is steeped for too long or with water that is too hot, it can become bitter and not nearly as tasty. Brewing tea is simple, but it is important to follow our specific instructions for each tea so your tea tastes as good as possible.
